在深化改革的新形势下,随着全国记协和山西省记协工作全面开展,使新闻界的工作越来越活跃。为了加强联络,各级地方记协在上级党委直接领导下,各项工作已开始向下延伸,不少地区与县市成立了记协,特点是有组织机构,有专人管理,在社会团体整顿与登记中取得了法人代表资格;但无正式编制,无专项经费。在这种情况下,怎样发挥好地区记协的“协调、联络、管理、服务。的作用呢?临汾地区记
