笔者是个看报时间大大多于写稿机会的机关业余通迅页,经常将报刊的一些好文章剪下,分析别人的写作长处,学习别人的写作经验。由此也有了另一种发现:即一些报刊刊发的文章,虽经多头把关,却存在“前后说法矛盾,观点事例不统一,数字比例经不起验算,情节不符合常识常规”等问题。例如首都某大报1994年8月12日头版头条就是一篇“文不对题”的新闻。该文题目是:《辽宁农业综合开发见实效第一次实现“猪肉进关、大米出口”》,
