选择经济合理的配煤方法,不断提高焦炭质量,这是炼焦工作者的根本任务之一。多年来我国炼焦工作者选择配煤的方法是:按气、肥、焦、瘦四种牌号配煤,使其胶质层厚度(Y值)达到一定标准。事实上这种配煤方法缺乏可靠的理论基础,它不能确切反映单种煤在配合煤中的作用:对我国煤源区域如此辽阔,强调四种牌号的煤相互调运也是极不经济的。这一问题虽然已在实践中多次提出,但系统探讨还是不够的,因此曾长期未很好解决。本文根据一些试验拟对下面两个问题进行探讨。第一,胶质层厚度是否应做为炼焦配煤的唯一指标,还应当提出什么辅助指标?第二,气、肥、焦、瘦四种牌号煤在配煤中作用如何?怎样根据煤质特点和不同的资源条件加以选择配用?
Choosing an economical and reasonable coal blending method and continuously improving the quality of coke are one of the fundamental tasks of coking workers. Over the years our country coking workers choose coal blending method is: according to gas, fat, coke, thin four grades of coal blending, the glial layer thickness (Y value) to a certain standard. In fact, this coal blending method lacks a reliable theoretical basis. It can not accurately reflect the role of single coal in blending coal. To such a vast coal source area in China, it is extremely uneconomical to emphasize that coal exchange among the four grades is interoperable. Although this issue has been put forward many times in practice, systematic discussions are still not enough and have not been solved in the long run. This article based on some tests to be explored the following two issues. First, whether the thickness of the glue layer should be the sole indicator of coal blending with coking and what auxiliary indicators should be put forward? Second, what are the functions of gas, fat, coke and lean coal in coal blending? Features and different resource conditions to choose and use?
