本文报道用铁精矿制球、链篦机-回转窑还原焙烧法从连平磁铁矿脱除锡、锌试验的结果。对影响锡、锌挥发率及球团矿性能的一些因素,如升温速度、焙烧温度、精矿粒度、球团大小、焙烧时间、还原剂的种类及石灰的加入等进行了研究。结果表明,只要控制好适当的操作条件,精矿中锡、锌的含量虽然不高(0.1~0.2%Sn,0.2~0.5%Zn),但是在焙烧过程,仍然能使其显著降低,约有97%Sn、95%Zn被除去。焙球可作为炼铁或炼钢的原料。链篦机-回转窑产出的烟尘一般含10~15%Sn、15~20%Zn,可作为进一步提取锡、锌的原料。
This paper reports the results of the test of tin and zinc removal from continuous magnetite using iron ore ball-making and grate-rotary kiln reduction roasting method. Some factors affecting the tin and zinc volatilization and pellet properties, such as heating rate, calcination temperature, particle size, pellet size, roasting time, the type of reducing agent and addition of lime, were studied. The results show that the content of tin and zinc in the concentrate is not high (0.1 ~ 0.2% Sn, 0.2 ~ 0.5% Zn) only when the proper operating conditions are controlled. However, 97% Sn, 95% Zn is removed. Baking balls can be used as raw materials for ironmaking or steelmaking. Grate - rotary kiln dust produced generally contain 10 ~ 15% Sn, 15 ~ 20% Zn, tin can be used as further extraction of raw materials, zinc.
