邹德忠,笔名齐惠,别署知不知子,斋号知不知斋,山东烟台人。曾任中国书协组联部主任、中国书协第三届理事。现任中国书协中央国家机关分会副会长兼秘书长、中原书画研究院顾问、中国书协书法培训中心教授、《艺术中国报》顾问、烟台邹德忠书法艺术馆名誉馆长。其书法艺术既有传统文化的深厚底蕴,又有书法本体技、艺、道的综合传承、亦具科学、豪迈、风采、个性张扬的现代审美精神。四体兼擅,尤精隶书和行草书。隶书以汉隶为基础,融铸篆书、简椟、魏碑的结体、笔意于一炉。中锋侧锋兼施,方笔圆笔互用,撇捺分披,波横生动,醇厚
