目的研究生脉散加龙骨牡蛎对气阴两虚型大鼠心悸心神不宁证的实验研究。方法取90只雄性大鼠,随机分为6组:空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组和生脉散加龙骨牡蛎高、中、低剂量组。阳性对照组给予稳心颗粒4.5g/(kg·d),生脉散加龙骨牡蛎高、中、低剂量组分别给予1.8、2.7和3.6g/(kg·d),空白对照组、模型组给予等体积的生理盐水溶液,连续7 d,末次给药后1 h,监测大鼠心率,心脏取血测定血清体积及血清生化指标,分析主要脏器系数。结果 6组大鼠的心率,血清体积、lg G、SOD、MDA,心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺、肾脏脏器系数,收缩压(SBP)差异有统计学意义(F=8.872,2.893,4.055,2.746,4.235,6.275,20.882,13.372,27.688,3.384和4.069,P<0.05);与模型组比较,生脉散加龙骨牡蛎中、低剂量组心率减慢,lg G含量升高,SBP升高,SOD活性增强,心脏系数升高(P均<0.05)。结论 lg G、SOD、MDA可作为气阴两虚型大鼠心悸心神不宁证的评定指标,生脉散加龙骨牡蛎对气阴两虚型大鼠心悸心神不宁证有一定的疗效。
Objective To study the effects of Shengmai Powder and Keel oyster on heart-palpitations of Qi and Yin Deficiency rats. Methods Totally 90 male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank control group, model group, positive control group and Shengmaisan plus keel oyster high, medium and low dose groups. The positive control group was given 4.5g / (kg · d) of Wenxin Granule, and the high, middle and low dose of Shengmaisan plus Keelys oyster were given 1.8, 2.7 and 3.6g / (kg · d) respectively. The blank control group, model group An equal volume of physiological saline solution was given for 7 consecutive days and 1 h after the last administration. The heart rate of the rats was measured, the blood volume of the heart was measured, the serum biochemical indexes were measured, and the main organ coefficients were analyzed. Results The heart rate, serum volume, lgG, SOD, MDA, heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney organ coefficient and systolic blood pressure (SBP) of the 6 groups were statistically significant (F = 8.872,2.893,4.055, Compared with the model group, the heart rate of middle and low dose Shengmaisan plus keel oyster slowed down, the content of lgG increased, and the SBP increased , SOD activity increased, heart coefficient increased (P <0.05). Conclusions lg G, SOD, MDA can be used as the assessment index of heart-throbbing cardioversion syndrome in Qi and Yin Deficiency rats. Shengmai San plus keel oyster has certain curative effect on the heart-throbbing cardioversion syndrome in rats with deficiency of qi and yin.
