目的:探讨芍药红花煎剂对肝损伤细胞氧自由基及凋亡因子影响。方法:采用皮下注射四氯化碳(CCl4)法制备肝损伤小鼠模型,给予芍药红花煎剂灌胃治疗两周,治疗结束后对大鼠细胞氧自由基MDA和SOD水平,凋亡因子Bc1-2和Bax蛋白表达情况进行检测。结果:与阳性药相比,中剂量与高剂量组MDA水平较低(P<0.05),SOD水平较高(P<0.05),Fas、Fas L、Bax与Bc1-2蛋白水平较高,Bc1-2/Bax的比例较低(P<0.05)。结论:芍药红花煎剂能够明显改善肝损伤小鼠细胞氧自由基MDA和SOD水平,调节凋亡因子Fas、Fas L、Bc1-2和Bax蛋白表达情况,对临床有指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the effects of peony safflower decoction on oxygen free radicals and apoptotic factors in liver injured cells. Methods: A rat model of hepatic injury was prepared by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), and treated with peony safflower decoction for two weeks. After the treatment, the levels of MDA and SOD, the levels of apoptosis-inducing factor Bc1-2 and Bax protein expression were detected. Results: Compared with the positive drug, MDA level was lower (P <0.05), SOD level was higher (P <0.05), Fas, Fas L, Bax and Bc1-2 protein levels were higher in medium dose and high dose group, -2 / Bax was lower (P <0.05). Conclusion: The peony safflower decoction can significantly improve the oxygen free radicals MDA and SOD in liver injury mice and regulate the expression of Fas, Fas L, Bc1-2 and Bax protein in the liver injury mice, which is of clinical significance.
