泾惠渠灌区位于陕西省关中平原中部,年降雨量535mm,年蒸发量1212mm,自泾河自流引水。渠首引水能力46m~3/s,灌区共打井1.39万眼,有效灌溉面积87253公顷。干、支渠全长380km,斗渠1397km,排水干支沟全长974km,渠道式小水电站一座,装机容量1600kw。灌区辖五个县(区)、46个乡镇,农业人口82.7万。农作物以小麦、玉米、棉花为主,复种指数1.7左右。
Jinghuiqu irrigation area is located in the central part of the Guanzhong Plain in Shaanxi Province, with an annual rainfall of 535mm and an annual evaporation of 1212mm, drawing water from the Jing River. The water diversion capacity of the headrace was 46m ~ 3 / s, with a total of 13,900 wells drilled in the irrigated area and an effective irrigated area of 87,253 hectares. The dry and branch channels are 380km in length and 1397km in channels and ditches, with a total length of 974km and a canal-type small-sized hydropower station with an installed capacity of 1600kw. Irrigation area exempted five counties (districts), 46 townships, agricultural population 827,000. Crops to wheat, corn, cotton-based, multiple crop index of about 1.7.
