为了进一步鉴定赖型钩体DNA重组质粒rpDJt及其纯化表达蛋白质P68的免疫保护作用,采用随机、双盲和对照法对50只豚鼠进行了3次和6个部位主动免疫接种,并于接种后30天以强毒力、大剂量活钩体攻击。结果:P68组存活率100%(7/7);rpDJt组存活率77%(10/13);pT7-7组(无重组质粒)存活率25%(3/10);全钩灭活疫苗组存活率93%(13/14)。作者认为该质粒的表达蛋白质P68可作为钩体基因工程亚单位疫苗的候选抗原。
In order to further identify the immunoprotection of rpDJt and p68 protein, 50 guinea pigs were immunized by random, double-blind and control methods. 30 days with high virulence, high doses of live hook body attack. Results: The survival rate of P68 group was 100% (7/7); the survival rate of rpDJt group was 77% (10/13); the survival rate of pT7-7 group (without recombinant plasmid) was 25% (3/10) Group survival rate of 93% (13/14). The authors believe that the expression of the plasmid protein P68 can be used as a candidate antigen of genetic engineering subunit vaccine.
