采用ＵＶ法及ＨＰＬＣ法分别对臭梧桐薄膜包衣片中的总黄酮及海常素进行定量测定，平均回收率为９７．０％和９５．７％。前者简便易行，后者对有效成分控制准确可靠，两者结合可为控制该制剂的内在质量提供可靠的依据。
Quantitative determination of total flavonoids and hydantoin in films of Smilax chinasis was performed using UV and HPLC methods. The average recoveries were 97.0% and 95.7%. The former is simple and easy, and the latter controls the active ingredient accurately and reliably. The combination of the two can provide a reliable basis for controlling the intrinsic quality of the preparation.
