一、技术商品的含义 什么是技术?技术是指人类利用自然科学知识原理和长期在生产实践中形成的经验,发现或发明创造出改造自然、获得物质成果的方法和技能。 技术作为人类的劳动产品,凝结着技术人员的劳动,因而具有价值;技术一方面为人们改造自然提供科学的指导,另一方面,技术在转让、被推广应用后,能给他人带来经济效益,因而具有使用价值。由于技术能进入流通,并且是使用价值和价值的统一体,所以“技术本身也是一种商品”。
