我国不少企业的设备现状可归纳为四个字:“旧、低、差、慢”。即设备陈旧的多,利用率低(有的只占50%左右),经济效益差,投资回收慢。过去我们的设备管理是单纯技术性维修型的管理,只要不出事故,不影响生产,不论花多少钱都舍得。这种管理方式,不考虑经济效益,不重视设备的经济管理。1983年国家经委颁布了工交系统设备管理条例。指出设备管理工作要执行“技术管理和经济管理相结合”的原则。为设备管理工作指明了方向。正确(?)和正确使用设备折旧基金是设备经济管理中的—个重要内容。作为设备管理人员应该熟悉设备折旧,掌握设备折旧,搞好设备经济管理。
The status quo of equipment in many enterprises in China can be summarized as four words: “old, low, poor, and slow.” That is, the equipment is old, the utilization rate is low (some of them only account for about 50%), the economic efficiency is poor, and the investment recovery is slow.
