目的观察活血灵对眼球结膜微循环的影响。方法用摄录一体化显微微循环检查仪测定２２例近视性屈光不正、１８例视疲劳、８例弱视患者，均属轻度微循环障碍。用中药活血灵方（含丹参、川芎、黄芪等）治疗，每天 １剂，１０天为 １疗程，治疗 １个月。结果球结膜微循环有不同程度改善，部分患者视力有一定程度提高，部分病例的积分值恢复至正常范围。结论活血祛淤治疗后可改善球结膜微循环。
Objective To observe the effects of Huoxueling on conjunctival microcirculation. Methods Twenty-two cases of myopic ametropia, 18 cases of visual fatigue and 8 cases of amblyopia were measured by video-capture integrated microcirculation examination, all of which were mild microcirculation disorders. With traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Lingfang (including Salvia, Chuanxiong, Astragalus, etc.) treatment, 1 day, 10 days for a course of treatment for 1 month. Results Bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation improved in varying degrees, some patients have improved visual acuity to some extent, in some cases, the integral value returned to normal range. Conclusion The treatment of activating blood circulation and removing stasis can improve the conjunctival microcirculation.
