为研究替硝唑棒剂中替硝唑的含量和有关物质，作者采用紫外分光光度法测定替硝唑的含量。结果替硝唑的测定线性范围在1．97～39.4μg／ml，回收率101．5％，RSD为0.62％。用TLC法对有关物质进行检查，最低检测限为1．8μg。方法简便，结果可靠。
In order to study the content of tinidazole in the tinidazole rod and its related substances, the author used the ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determine the content of tinidazole. Results The calibration curve of tinidazole ranged from 1.97 to 39.4 μg / ml with a recovery of 101.5% and a RSD of 0.62%. TLC method for the inspection of the relevant substances, the minimum detection limit of 1.8μg. The method is simple and the result is reliable.
