听课评课是评价教师教学水平、教师交流教学经验的一项重要活动。开展听课评课活动的目的在于使每一个教师通过对其他教师教学问题与经验的思考,认识自己教学的长与短,从而不断提高教学水平,促进教师专业的良好发展。听课评课实质就是对施教者的课堂教学进行评价。课堂教学的有效评价对语文课堂教学起到重要导向和质量监控的作用。
Listening to class assessment is to evaluate the level of teaching teachers, teachers exchange teaching experience is an important activity. The purpose of carrying out lectures and lessons is to make every teacher know how to teach himself or herself by thinking about other teachers ’teaching problems and experiences so as to continuously improve the teaching level and promote the good development of the teachers’ profession. The essence of lectures is to evaluate the lecturers’ classroom teaching. The effective evaluation of classroom teaching plays an important role in guiding and quality control of Chinese classroom teaching.
