：１９９９ 年汛期黄河流域降水量明显偏少，受降水影响，除黄河上游来水偏丰外，汛期各区来水来沙量偏少较多，属枯水枯沙年份。花园口站于７ 月１８ 日、２４ 日出现两次小洪水，洪峰流量分别为２ ５５０ 和３ ２６０ ｍ ３／ｓ ，其中最大洪峰流量３ ２６０ ｍ ３／ｓ 为该站有水文记载以来的倒数第二位，仅大于１９９１ 年的３ １９０ ｍ ３／ｓ 。
