甘草是一种大宗药材,其根可入药,茎叶可作为优质的粗饲料饲喂动物。文章对甘草的资源分布、甘草中的营养成分和活性成分及甘草茎叶作为粗饲料在畜牧业中的应用进行了综述,以期为甘草茎叶作为饲料资源的进一步开发、利用提供科学依据。
Licorice is a large amount of medicinal herbs, the root can be used as medicine, stems and leaves can be used as high-quality roughage fed animals. This article reviewed the resource distribution of licorice root, the nutrient components and the active components of the licorice root and the application of the stem and leaf of the licorice as the fodder in the livestock husbandry in order to provide a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of the licorice stem and leaves as the feed resource.
