本文用非侵入性的超声法测定了59例不同年龄正常人主动脉弓和腹动脉的顺应性,并与其它方法所得的指标:即脉搏波传递速度(PWV)、零压动脉顺应性(CPo)及心输出量/脉压(SV/PP)、心搏出径/脉压(SD/PP)作了比较。结果表明:主动脉和腹主动脉顺应性均随年龄增大而逐渐减退(r=-0.64,-0.667,P<0.001),腹主动脉顺应性明显低于主动脉顺应性(P<0.001),两者均与PWV、SBP、PP呈明显负相关性,与SV/PP、SD/PP、CPs有明显正相关性。超声法测定人体大动脉的顺应性重复性良好,是一简便、可靠、值得临床推广的估算动脉顺应性的新方法。
In this paper, the compliance of aortic arch and abdominal artery of 59 normal people of different ages was measured by noninvasive sonography. The results were compared with those obtained by other methods: pulse wave velocity (PWV), compression pressure (CPo) and Cardiac output / pulse pressure (SV / PP), cardiac output / pulse pressure (SD / PP) were compared. The results showed that both the aorta and abdominal aorta compliance decreased with age (r = -0.64, -0.667, P <0.001), and the abdominal aorta compliance was significantly lower than that of the aorta (P <0.001) , Both of which were significantly negatively correlated with PWV, SBP and PP, and positively correlated with SV / PP, SD / PP and CPs. Ultrasound method to determine the compliance of human aorta with good repeatability is a simple, reliable and worthy of clinical promotion of a new method to estimate arterial compliance.
