[目的]探讨栽培茄和水茄杂种F1不育株系花药不同处理方法对愈伤组织和植株再生诱导效果。[方法]以栽培茄和水茄杂种F1的花药为再生培养对象,配制不同激素浓度组合处理,研究对杂交F1花药愈伤组织的诱导、增殖、分化及再生的影响。[结果]诱导愈伤组织最合适的激素配比为MS+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D+0.5 mg/L 6-BA;愈伤组组织增殖最合适的激素配比为MS+1.0 mg/L KT+0.1 mg/L NAA;诱导不定芽的最佳激素配比为MS+2.0 mg/L6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA;生根率最高的激素配比为MS+0.3 mg/L IAA,因为根的诱导相对较难,生根率仅为37.5%。[结论]该研究为提高茄子远缘杂交育性及基因遗传改良奠定基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the induction effect of callus and plant regeneration by different anther treatments of F1 hybrid sterile line F1 between cultivated eggplant and hydroponic eggplant. [Method] Anther of cultivated hybrid F1 of eggplant and hydroponic eggplant was used as regeneration culture medium, and different hormones were prepared to study the effects of anther on the induction, proliferation, differentiation and regeneration of F1 anther callus. [Result] The most suitable hormones for inducing callus were MS + 1.0 mg / L 2,4-D + 0.5 mg / L 6-BA. The most suitable hormones for callus proliferation were MS + 1.0 mg / L KT + 0.1 mg / L NAA. The best hormones for inducing adventitious buds were MS + 2.0 mg / L 6-BA + 0.3 mg / L NAA and the highest ratio of rooting was MS + 0.3 mg / L IAA Because root induction is relatively difficult, the rooting rate is only 37.5%. [Conclusion] The study laid the foundation for improving distant fertility and genetic improvement of eggplant.
