幼儿园教育以游戏为主,从早上入园到离园,幼儿每时每刻都在游戏,在游戏中玩,在游戏中学习。角色游戏作为一种自主游戏,同样是“幼儿在一定游戏环境中根据自己的兴趣和需要,以快乐和满足为目的,自由选择、自主展开、自发交流的积极主动的活动过程”。在这一过程中,幼儿行使成人权利、享有成人自由的满足感,带给幼儿极大的快乐是其他活动无法比拟的;在这一过程中,幼儿的天性自然流露,主动性、独立性、创造性得以充分发挥。这正是角色游戏最根本的价值所在。既然是自主游戏,教师在角色游戏过程中应充当一个什么样的角色呢?现在提倡幼儿在幼儿园一日生活中的自主性,那么角色游戏更应如此,教师应注意自身“角色”在整个游戏过程中的变化,教师应是组织者、参与者、服务者。
