肿瘤转移过程极为复杂,整个过程中都涉及到肿瘤细胞与其它细胞及细胞外基质粘连和解粘连的问题。介导瘤细胞粘连作用的细胞表面粘连分子表达及其在转移中的作用已成为目前肿瘤研究中的热点。整合蛋白是一种重要的细胞粘附分子。本文就整合蛋白与肿瘤转移关系及其在卵巢癌中的研究现状作一综述。
The process of tumor metastasis is extremely complicated. The entire process involves the adhesion and de-adhesion of tumor cells to other cells and extracellular matrix. The expression of cell surface adhesion molecules, which mediate tumor cell adhesion, and its role in metastasis have become hot topics in oncology research. Integrin is an important cell adhesion molecule. This review summarizes the relationship between integrin and tumor metastasis and its status in ovarian cancer.
