中南区各级学校师生如何为土改服务的问题,本部六月二十五日指示各级教育部门布置士改教育时已曾说明:主要是使他们自己受到教育.进而教育别人,尽可能参加城乡的土改政策宣传教育工作,化阻力为助力,对土改工作的顺利进行,关系很大。这一宣传教育工作,目前各地仍须根据前次指示积极进行。最近有些地区曾请示中小学校师生是否直接参加土改工作问题。兹指示原则如下:
