将树脂吸附法治理化工废水与环境科学专业实验教学相结合,设计了一个境科学专业研究性综合实验——没食子酸修饰超高交联吸附树脂对邻氯苯酚的吸附性能。实验以没食子酸为修饰剂,通过后交联与化学修饰反应制备了没食子酸修饰的超高交联吸附树脂(GAMR),优化了GAMR树脂对水中邻氯苯酚的吸附附条件,通过等温吸附实验和脱附实验探讨了GAMR对邻氯苯酚的吸附性能。该实验涵盖了环境化学、环境工程、物理化学、材料化学、仪器分析等课程中吸附技术、吸附模型拟合、材料制备、污染物的定性与定量分析等知识。通过本研究性综合实验的探索与实践,有利于提高学生综合实验技能和科研创新能力。
The combination of resin adsorption and chemical wastewater treatment with experimental teaching in environmental science was designed. The adsorption performance of o-gallic acid-modified supercrosslinked resin on o-chlorophenol was designed. In the experiment, gallic acid was used as modifier to prepare gallic acid-modified hyperlinked adsorbent resin (GAMR) by postcrosslinking and chemical modification reaction. The adsorption conditions of GAMR resin on o-chlorophenol in water were optimized. The isothermal adsorption experiment And desorption experiments to explore the GAMR adsorption of o-chlorophenol. The experiment covers the adsorption technology, adsorption model fitting, material preparation, qualitative and quantitative analysis of pollutants in environmental chemistry, environmental engineering, physical chemistry, material chemistry, instrumental analysis and other courses. Through the research and practice of comprehensive experiments, is conducive to improving students’ comprehensive experimental skills and research innovation ability.
