鉴于外掺MgO微膨胀混凝土筑坝技术对提高高寒地区混凝土坝的施工速度和经济效益的意义,对高寒地区高拱坝外掺MgO混凝土的温度应力进行了仿真计算,分析了不同MgO掺量对温度应力补偿效果的影响及坝体不同部位掺MgO的膨胀补偿效果。结果表明,在大坝内部,掺MgO对混凝土能起到较好的温度应力补偿作用,且在一定范围内MgO掺量越大,应力补偿作用越明显;对大坝表面混凝土,掺MgO可能使混凝土表面拉应力增大,可通过加强表面保温来有效控制表面拉应力,且宜采用长期保温的温控措施。
In view of the significance of embankment with MgO micro-expansive concrete to improve the construction speed and economic benefits of concrete dam in alpine region, the temperature stress of MgO concrete outside the high arch dam in alpine region is simulated and analyzed.
