本文研究了碱-石灰烧结法生产氧化铝过程中从钙硅渣里提取 V_2O_5的化学过程。同时也研究了 V_2O_5在钙硅渣中的赋存状态。添加晶种能在较低温度下得蓟 Na_2O·V_2O_5·12HO 并能简化提取 V_2O_5的工艺流程。
In this paper, the chemical process of extracting V2O5 from calcium-silica slag in the process of alumina production by alkali-lime sintering was studied. At the same time, the state of V_2O_5 in calcium and silicon slag was also studied. Adding seed crystals can obtain thiosulfate Na 2 O · V 2 O 5 · 12HO at lower temperature and simplify the process of extracting V 2 O 5.
