本文着重介绍和比较了带式焙烧机和链蓖机回转窑两种球团工艺的特点。带式焙烧机较链篦机回转窑设计简单、对原料的适应性较强,但链蓖机回转窑较易采用固体燃料。球团生产中用固体燃料代替气体或液体燃料很有现实意义。对带式焙烧机,提出了混合木炭、喷射木炭以及固体燃料的外部燃烧等三种途径。链蓖机回转窑使用固体燃料的途径有①煤油混合②煤水混合③固体燃料气化④直接使用固体燃料。本文系作者原文的摘编稿。
This article focuses on and compares the characteristics of the two pellet processes of a belt roaster and a chain grate kiln. Belt roaster grate rotary kiln design is simple, strong adaptability to raw materials, but the chain grate rotary kiln easier to use solid fuel. It is of practical significance to use solid fuels instead of gas or liquid fuels in pellet production. For the belt roasting machine, three ways of mixing charcoal, jetting charcoal, and external combustion of solid fuel are proposed. Chain grate kiln rotary kiln using solid fuel approach ① kerosene ② coal-water mixture ③ solid fuel gasification ④ direct use of solid fuel. This article is the author’s original abstractscript.
