肉毒中毒为我国常见的食物中毒之一,在我国新疆地区发病率尤高,据不完全统计已有15个省、区有肉毒梭菌食物中毒的发生,为了更好地了解我国肉毒中毒的流行病学及临床特点,为做好我国肉毒中毒的防治工作提供科学依据,近年来我们在新疆塔城、石河子地区进行了肉毒梭菌食物中毒的调查研究。现将发生的25起肉毒梭菌食物中毒,从我国肉毒中毒的流行病学及临床特点考虑分析如下。
