本文报告了~3H-小檗胺在小鼠、大鼠及矽肺大鼠的吸收、分布和排泄,以及~3H-小檗胺与~3H-汉防己甲素在大鼠矽肺病变中分布的比较。显示两种治疗矽肺药物都能进入矽肺团块内,病变时间越长药物进入量越减少。
This paper reports the absorption, distribution and excretion of ~ 3H-berbamine in mice, rats and silicosis rats and the distribution of ~ 3H-berbamine and ~ 3H-tetrandrine in silicosis in rats . Both treatments showed that both drugs could enter the silicosis mass and the longer the lesion was, the more the drug intake decreased.
