為了貫徹中央建築工程部關於降低建築工程成本的指示,保證今年的降低成本任務及國家計劃的完成或超額完成,特結合我局目前施工情况就降低建築工程成本工作,作如下指示:(一)降低建築工程成本的要求指標:根據中建部指示,華北區各國營建築企業在達到一九五四年工程預算定額的基础上,應再完成百分之二的降低成本任務。地方建築企業由地方政府參照該指示自行决定。我局按照當前我們的技術水平與管理水平决定如下:1.山西省建築工程公司與太原市建築工程局所屬各施工单位,除保證達到中央計委預算定額外,再完成工科總值百分之二以上的降低成本
