1956年是我省第一个五年计划中基本建设任务最大的一年,全年计划投资额为我省第一个五年计划基建总投资额的48.9%,比19(?)5年完成数增长了两倍半以上。因此,完成1956年的基本建设计划,对于保证提前完成我省第一个五年计划的基本建设任务是有特别重要意义的。但是根据省计划委员会最近对各单位的基本建设计划执行情况的检查来看,各部门却完成得很差。从一月至五月底止,全省完成的投资总额仅占年度计划的20.6%,其中基建任务较大的部门,如省工业厅只完成年度计划的17.37%,农业厅只完成23.13%,
The year 1956 was the largest year for the basic construction tasks in the province’s first five-year plan. The planned annual investment was 48.9% of the total capital investment in the province’s first five-year plan, which was more than 19 (?) years. Therefore, the completion of the 1956 capital construction plan is of special significance for guaranteeing the completion of the basic construction tasks of the province’s first five-year plan in advance.
