运城面粉厂在去年后半年遵照指示加强了技术管理,改善了操作,出粉率逐月提高达到了百分之八十九的新纪录。一九五五年是国家实现第一个五年计划具有决定性的一年,该厂教育职工在巩固新纪录的基础上并保证质量,稳步的加以提高,节约更多的粮食支援国家工业建设。首先加强了检查分析工作,进一步改进技术操作解决了生产中的不合理现象,平衡了机器负荷,从而使出粉率在第一季一月达到了百分之八九点一六,二月份达到百分之八九点二三。
In the second half of last year, the Yuncheng Flour Factory strengthened the technical management and improved the operation. The flour production rate increased by a monthly rate of 89%. The 1955 is a decisive year for the country to implement the first five-year plan. The factory educates its staff on the basis of consolidating new records and guarantees quality, steadily improving them, and saving more food to support the country’s industrial construction. Firstly, inspection and analysis work was intensified, and further improvement of technical operations solved the irrational phenomenon in production and balanced the load on the machine. As a result, the flour production rate reached 88.16 percent in the first quarter of January, and reached in February. 82.32.3%.
