基于一氧化氮的转化物亚硝酸根可催化以溴酸钾为氧化剂的中性红氧化褪色反应的原理,建立了催化光度法测呼出气一氧化氮含量的方法。方法的检测限为0.04nmol/L一氧化氮,线性范围为(0.1~7.0)nmol/L。用该方法测定了健康人呼出气中的一氧化氮,获得了满意的结果
Based on the principle that nitrite-based nitrite can catalyze neutral red-color fading reaction using potassium bromate as oxidant, a method for the determination of nitric oxide in exhaled air by catalytic spectrophotometry was established. The detection limit of this method was 0.04 nmol / L nitric oxide with a linear range of (0.1-7.0) nmol / L.
