现代医院文化并非以前简单理解的打球、唱歌、跳舞、下棋等文体娱乐活动。医院文化是一种具体的文化形态,是医疗卫生领域的生产力,是适合整个医院管理的“个性”,是一种基本信念和行为准则,是一种团队精神和价值取向,是医院在积年累月的医疗实践活动中全体员工所形成的四种共识:共同的事物、共同的言语、共同的举动、共同的感受。医院文化主要分为四个层次:精神文化、制度文化、行为文化、物质文化。
Modern hospital culture is not simply a simple understanding of the recreational activities such as playing, singing, dancing, playing chess, etc. Hospital culture is a specific cultural form. It is the productivity of the medical and health field. It is a “personality” that fits the management of the entire hospital. It is a basic belief and a code of conduct. It is a team spirit and a value orientation. It is the year that the hospital is accumulating years. The four types of consensus formed by all employees during the months of medical practice: common things, common words, common actions, and common feelings. Hospital culture is mainly divided into four levels: spiritual culture, institutional culture, behavioral culture, and material culture.
