花粉是有花植物的雄性生殖细胞,由极其细小的粉状颗粒组成。据文献介绍,花粉含有丰富的营养物质,其营养价值比牛奶和鸡蛋高7—8倍,是理想的保健营养品。另据报道,花粉对多种疾病具有明显的治疗作用,经常食用花粉能益寿延年,保持青春活力。为了进一步探讨花粉的营养价值,本文结合生产实践,对油菜花粉的化学成分进行了初步分析。现将实验结果分述如下: 实验部分一、实验材料油莱花粉(种属未作鉴定),购自南京,所用试剂均为分析纯或化学纯。二、实验方法与结果 (一) 定性分析
Pollen is a male reproductive cell of a flowering plant, consisting of extremely fine powder particles. According to the literature, pollen is rich in nutrients, its nutritional value is 7-8 times higher than milk and eggs, and it is an ideal health nutrition product. According to reports, pollen has obvious therapeutic effects on various diseases. Regular consumption of pollen can prolong life and maintain youthful vitality.
