本文用薄层层析等方法对人工引流熊胆和熊胆的化学成分进行了比较,并用薄层扫描法测定了两者游离胆汁酸的含量,结果引流熊胆与熊胆中的胆汁酸及氨基酸类成分一致,而且前者熊去氧胆酸、鹅去氧胆酸的含量高于后者。
In this paper, the chemical components of artificially drained bear bile and bear bile were compared by thin layer chromatography and other methods. The free bile acids content was determined by thin-layer scanning method. The results showed that bile acid in draining bear bile and bear bile was The amino acid composition is the same, and the former is higher in ursodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid than the latter.
