中医诊疗疾病,辨证是关健,但常与用药组方有直接关系。正确选择药物,互相配伍合理、药量恰当,从而充分发挥药物疗效,减低或消除某些药物的毒性,意义非同一般。故有目的地、随机地抽样查阅了我县1165张中药处方,并分析其质量,发现在药物的书写、配伍、剂量、用法等方面,存在几个实际问题,爰提出来,以供讨论。一、处方书写不正规,随心臆造、缩简正规处方应写正名、通用名、或常用名全名,然所查处方中,甚多药名被生造、同音、近音、错别字代用,随意缩写、简写。如表:
