目的调查龙海市鼠蚤密度及季节消长情况,为鼠蚤防治提供依据。方法对龙海市CDC 2005—2010年鼠疫监测资料进行分析,采用笼日法测定鼠密度,对鼠进行检蚤,计算鼠构成比、染蚤率、蚤指数。结果捕获活鼠2 345只,染蚤鼠368只,染蚤率15.7%;检出蚤类1 177只,总蚤指数0.50,鼠密度平均7.7%。结论龙海市以褐家鼠为优势种,印鼠客蚤为鼠类的主要寄生蚤,媒介总蚤指数以4月最高(0.74)。
Objective To investigate the density and seasonal fluctuation of fleas in Longhai City and provide evidence for the prevention and control of rat fleas. Methods The surveillance data of plague in CDC from 2005 to 2010 in Longhai were analyzed. The rat density was measured by cage method. The rats were examined for fleas, the ratio of stool to flee and the flea index were calculated. RESULTS: A total of 2 345 live mice and 368 fleas were infected with flea infection rate of 15.7%. There were 1 177 fleas, total flea index 0.50 and average rat density 7.7%. Conclusion Rattus norvegicus is the dominant species in Longhai City. The main flea flea of rodents and rats are fleas. The total flea index of the media is the highest in April (0.74).
