目的:建立鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)实验模型,观察12种活血祛瘀类中药对CAM新生血管生成的作用。方法:在孵育7d的CAM上植入含12种中药水提液的明胶海绵载体并孵化72h。剪下CAM,解剖镜下拍照,计数血管,分析其对于血管生成的影响。结果:赤芍、莪术、郁金、川芎、三棱、桃仁具有明显抑制CAM血管生成作用;当归、三七、鸡血藤、王不留行具有明显促进CAM血管生成作用,丹参、红花抑制作用不明显。结论:临床上治疗肿瘤应用较多的活血祛瘀类中药多具有抑制血管生成的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) experimental model and observe the effects of 12 kinds of blood circulation steroids on angiogenesis in CAM. METHODS: Gelatin sponge containing 12 kinds of Chinese herbal extracts was implanted on CAM incubated for 7 days and incubated for 72 hours. The CAM was cut, photographed under a dissecting microscope, blood vessels were counted, and their effects on angiogenesis were analyzed. Results: Astragalus membranaceus, Ezhu, Yujin, Chuanxiong, Sanren and Taoren have obvious inhibitory effects on angiogenesis in CAM. Angelica sinensis, Panax notoginseng, Millettia, and Vitibulum can significantly promote angiogenesis in CAM. Salviae Miltiorrhiza and Saffron Suppression The effect is not obvious. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicines for activating blood circulation that are used in the treatment of tumors have many effects on inhibiting angiogenesis.
