论文部分内容阅读
武汉大学张清明同志编著的《文书学及实用公文》的出版,引起文书和档案工作者及文书学教学人员的关注。作者努力探索文书学的理论,研究文书工作的实际,敢于著书立说,这种精神很值得发扬。这对于发展文书学,丰富文书学的教学内容,也是有益的。但是,书中也存在不少问题,现就概念、理论、原则、方法等重大问题,简要提出,与作者、读者共同讨论。
The publication of “Clerical Studies and Practical Official Documents” compiled by Comrade Zhang Qingming of Wuhan University has aroused the concern of clerical and archivists and clergy students. The author is hard to explore the theory of clerical studies, study the actual clerical work, and dare to write books. This spirit is worthy of promotion. This is also beneficial for the development of clerical studies and enrichment of clerical teaching. However, there are still many problems in the book. Now we present briefly the major issues such as concepts, theories, principles and methods and discuss them with authors and readers.
