目的 试图建立成纤维细胞突变株 (Z HL16C)并对其加以应用。方法 将该细胞传代 ,克隆 ,并进行细胞染色体测定。结果 细胞形态均一 ,界限清晰 ,有立体感。经冻存 ,复苏率达90 %以上 ,现已传到第 136代。细胞具有持久性的增殖能力 ,染色体由 46条二倍体突变成高达 110条以上的高异倍体。将该细胞株定名为Z HL16C。经初步试用 ,该细胞株对脊髓灰质炎、柯萨奇A B、艾柯病毒 ,甲、乙型流感病毒 ,1~ 3型副流感病毒 ,合胞病毒 ,麻疹病毒 ,风疹病毒 ,腺病毒 (2 ,3,7,11型 ) ,1~ 2型单纯疱诊病毒 ,水痘带状疱疹病毒及巨细胞病毒均敏感。用该细胞株从某新兵营 2 9例流行性高烧患者咽试子标本中分离到腺病毒 2 8株 ;从 9例患者血液、咽试子、心包积液等标本中分离到 3,7型腺病毒、柯萨奇B型等 7株病毒。结论 该细胞为稳定的、对病毒广谱敏感的细胞株。
Objective To establish and apply fibroblast mutant (Z HL16C). Methods The cells were passaged, cloned, and analyzed by cell chromosome. The results of cell morphology, clear boundaries, a sense of three-dimensional. After cryopreservation, the recovery rate of 90% or more, has now reached the 136th generation. Cells have a long-lasting ability to proliferate, with chromosomes mutated from 46 diploids to as high as 110 aneuploidies. The cell line was named Z HL16C. The initial trial, the cell strains of polio, Coxsackie AB, Echovirus, A, B, parainfluenza virus type 1-3, syncytial virus, measles virus, rubella virus, adenovirus (2 , 3,7,11 type), 1 ~ 2 herpes simplex virus, varicella-zoster virus and cytomegalovirus are sensitive. A total of 28 adenoviruses were isolated from pharyngeal samples from 29 newly diagnosed pop-up bats in this cell line. Type 3 and 7 were isolated from 9 patients with blood, pharyngeal and pericardial effusion Adenovirus, Coxsackie B type 7 viruses. Conclusion The cell is stable and broad-spectrum sensitive to virus.
