AIM: Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) is a key enzyme in renin-angiotensin system (RAS). ACE gene I / D polymorphism and target organ damage in hypertension are closely related. ACE gene polymorphism was detected. At present, the Rigat method is still widely used in our country.
