近年来,国内外相继在土拨鼠身上发现与人类乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相似的病毒—土拨鼠肝炎病毒(WHV)此病毒属于一种内源性DNA多聚酶和含有大单股缺口的环状基因组的小DNA病毒,并与HBV抗原间呈交叉反应。因WHV不同于地松鼠和鸭乙型肝炎病毒,可持续感染土拨鼠发生慢性活动性肝炎和肝癌。我们结合血清学从病理组织学方面对土拨鼠肝炎进行研究。
