应用ＳＬＴ接触式激光显微手术治疗脑深部肿瘤６例，即颅底脑膜瘤４例，丘脑肿瘤１例，枕部小脑幕切迹室管膜瘤１例。其中１例岩—斜坡复发性脑膜瘤次全切除，其余３例脑膜瘤中１例蝶骨嵴内侧脑膜瘤及２例嗅沟脑膜瘤全切。１例丘脑肿瘤大部切除，接触式激光直接接触肿瘤组织，局部温度可达４００℃，可迅速汽化、切割肿瘤，避免了激光的散射及侧射，减少对周围组织的损害，术后脑水肿反应轻，止血效果好，又可控制穿透深度，对部位深在，或富于血管的颅底脑膜瘤切除效果满意
