采用熔融浇注法制备新型GIS用环氧树脂/微纳米α-氧化铝(α-Al_2O_3)绝缘复合材料,运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察复合材料形貌,运用介电强度测试仪、介质损耗测试仪、动态机械热分析仪等研究微纳米α-Al_2O_3对材料电气性能和热性能的影响。结果表明:微纳米α-Al_2O_3复合颗粒提高了环氧树脂材料的威布尔击穿强度,耐击穿稳定性以及玻璃化温度,降低了介电常数,但是对热导率影响不大,这主要归因于纳米α-Al_2O_3和环氧基体间界面作用。
A new epoxy resin / micro-nano α-alumina (α-Al_2O_3) insulating composite material for GIS was prepared by melt casting method. The morphology of the composites was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The dielectric strength tester, dielectric loss tester Instrument, dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer and other micro-nano α-Al 2 O 3 on the electrical and thermal properties of materials. The results show that the micro-nano α -Al 2 O 3 composite particles improve the Weibull breakdown strength, breakdown resistance, glass transition temperature and dielectric constant of the epoxy resin, but have little effect on the thermal conductivity. Attributed to the nano-α-Al_2O_3 and the role of the interface between the epoxy matrix.
