钢丝网水泥农船船体较薄,在施工和养护过程中容易产生收缩裂缝。尤其是在室外操作棚内生产,当砂浆刚粉抹完毕,还不能复盖养护时,由于气候的影响,水分从砂浆表面迅速蒸发,在船体上就会出现细而浅的龟裂。为了避免产生收缩裂缝,通过不断试验研究,发现在砂浆终凝时,在船体上喷涂一层水玻璃,不但可防止裂缝的产生,而且还有利于砂浆强度和抗渗性的提高。隔舱板等预制件预留伸出的钢筋和钢丝网,喷涂水玻璃后,还能提高其抗锈蚀能力。下
