素质教育的标准将“德、智、体、美、劳”中的“德”放在第一位,所以务必重视德育工作。班主任是班级生活和学习的执行人,需要结合学生的实际认知规律和学习情感进行有针对性的德育引导,这样才能实现德智共进的教学效果,才能为完善素质教育奠定基础。结合一线管理实践,总结了几点班主任德育工作建设的方法与策略。
The standard of quality education puts the “morality” in “morality, intelligence, body, beauty and labor” in the first place, so it is imperative to attach importance to moral education.
