本研究从乌鲁木齐市五个医院口腔科门诊拔出的牙齿中,选出99例下颌第二磨牙,其中左侧48例,右侧51例。用游标卡尺测量牙体外形。其后,平牙颈处横断牙体,测量牙髓腔大小及根管口位置。为国人牙体形态提供常数,并为口腔科医生做牙体病治疗和修复时提供参考。研究结果在牙体外形方面所得的各项数据与前人所得结果相近。牙冠的近远中径大于颊舌径者约占79%,二径相等者约占15%,近远中径小于颊舌径者约占6%。(牙合)面沟形态分型,“十”字型约占81%,“工”字型约占13%,不规则型约占6%。根长为冠长2倍以上
In this study, 99 cases of mandibular second molar were selected from the dental clinics of five hospitals in Urumqi, including 48 on the left and 51 on the right.
