随着农村经济的发展,农民收入的增加,农民住宅楼如雨后春笋不断出现在充满生机的村庄里。笔者利用出差的机会对山东、安徽、上海、浙江、江苏农村住宅楼作了一些调查。其中重点调查了江都县三个乡,有近30%的农户盖起了二层或三层楼房,约有25%的农户近五年内计划盖楼房。这样的形势是喜人的,但另一方面由于农民建房无正确的设计(或根本无设计),并缺乏房屋结构的理论知识和建筑经验,建造过程中存在一些隐患
With the development of rural economy and the increase of farmers’ income, farmers’ residential buildings are springing up in vibrant villages. The author made some surveys on rural residential buildings in Shandong, Anhui, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu using the opportunity for business trips. Among them, three townships in Jiangdu County have been surveyed. Nearly 30% of the farmers have built two-storey or three-storey buildings. About 25% of the farmers plan to build houses in the past five years. This situation is gratifying, but on the other hand, farmers have no proper design (or no design at all) and they lack the theoretical knowledge and architectural experience of the housing structure. There are hidden problems in the construction process.
