效率就是生命,效率就是课堂教学的生命。如何开发高效的课堂教学模式是我国中小学教学改革的重要任务,也是素质教育的基本要求。为了保证课堂教学的高效率,不少学校强调了教学预设的重要性,从上课时问题的导入到下课时作业的布置,每一分钟都进行精确预设,力图实现对课堂教学的完美控制。因此,长期以来,很多人形成一个错误的认识:如果教师下课的声音和下课的铃声同步响起,这样的教师才是最好的教师。殊不知,课堂的本质在于生成,课堂不仅是教师的课堂,也是学生的课堂,教师为主导,学生为主体。中小学教师面对的是充满好奇和未知的学生,是鲜活的生命个体,他们不是一张白纸,他们有自己对问题的认知。英国科学家、诺贝尔化学奖获得者乔治.波特在回忆童年时说:“是好奇和观察成就了我,儿童是天生的科学家。”无视学生的主体地位,完美的课堂预设是不存在的,突然的教学问题还需要教师的机智。正是看到了传统教学模式的机械和低效,河南濮阳市油田第十三中学借鉴了系统论的知识、建构主义理论、强化理论和工业流程的思想,实施了以“有效教学流程”为载体的课堂教学改革。有效教学流程是课堂教学的行动方案,主要包涵预习的检测、教学环节的流程、课堂练习、课后家庭作业四个部分。突出了每个教学环节的有效性和合理性,既指挥教师的教,也指挥学生的学,使教与学达到和谐的统一。通过集体备课、整合教材、优化课堂结构、完善教学过程发挥教师的主导作用,通过引导学生深入讨论、指导学生课堂训练、鼓励学生合作学习、辅导学生家庭作业突出学生的主体地位;既重视课堂预设对完成教学目标的重要作用,又重视课堂生成对学生问题意识、创新意识的培养,体现了素质教育的客观要求。
