为解决混凝土搅拌楼配料系统定量下料的问题,达到更为安全有效的控制.根据具体生产流程和控制要求,采用理论分析和实验的方法,结合配料系统P型迭代学习控制策略,提出一种双机双控组态监控设计方案.控制系统的上位机由工控机、触摸屏组成,下位机由PLC组成,实现配方管理、实时显示、报表打印、报警和数字校正等功能.结果表明:P型迭代学习控制策略.在下料量和物料性质发生变化时,经过几次迭代后,系统均趋于稳定,取得了良好的控制效果,提高了配料控制系统的稳定性、实用性和安全性.
